&lt;p&gt;I think Chris listed somewhere (and I cant find it now) that Butterball turkeys are gluten free. Can you confirm? My friend just was diagnosed with celiac disease. I told her I thought butterballs were gluten free. Can you confirm? She is cooking Thanksgiving dinner. THANKS&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Susan says: Keri, Butterball turkeys ARE gluten free; the frozen turkeys are injected with a saline solution, but it doesn't contain any gluten.  Your friend can also opt for a fresh Butterball, which contains no allergens at all.
