Charlie: (with his head in my lap, to the tune of Frere Jacques) Mommy Mommy, Mommy Mommy, Mama Mama! Mama Mama! MommyMommyMommy, MommyMommmyMommy, Mama Mama! Mama Mama! (repeat and repeat and repeat)
Henry: (surveying the Hi Ho Chery-O! board) My turn! I get to spin! A two! I think the spinner knew I needed a two! I think the spinner looked at my tree and saw that I had two cherries left! And it spun a two! So I win! Hi ho cherry-o! See Charlie, I win! Let’s play again! I’ll put the cherries back on the tree! I like to put them on this way, with the stems in the holes, because then they don’t roll away! Are you playing, Charlie? Can I spin for you? Three! Great, Charlie! Take three cherries off. One, two, three! Your turn, Mommy! Mommy, your turn! MOMMY!

M&co, you’re such a card!
What are the real words to Frere Jacques? My mom sings it to Lauren, but I think she’s making the words up.
Well, at least Henry is playing nicely with Charlie. Think of all the screaming catfights you could be refereeing.
Yes, that last word really is a word, and spelled correctly to boot. Believe me, I checked, Ms. Juxtapostion. ;P
