this is today’s post (shut up, I’m busy over here)

I get paid to give fashion advice. Seriously.
See all that laundry? All over the place behind me? We are slowly being suffocated by laundry in various stages of done and undone: clean but not folded, folded but still in the baskets, folded and carried to the proper child’s room where it languishes on the child’s bed until he decides to wear it (even if that means sleeping under it for three or four days first). And of course, dirty. Despite the fact that I did laundry yesterday (and the DAY BEFORE THAT) we are still stumbling over gigantic piles of very dirty laundry.
HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?
My goal for today is to deal with the laundry, and maybe get a shower. Even then, I feel like that is asking a lot.
And so ends NaBloPoMo: Day Three. Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to fold some more damn laundry.

Great shoes, awesome laundry.
But if we ever do ’show us your laundry for a month’ I am so going to win.

Try having 7 kids. Go ahead. Try. I dare you. *Then* tell me about laundry!

When you’re done, come to my house. I’ve got laundry up the ying-yang.

Here’s the trick: You can only have one hamper and one laundry basket. That forces you to deal with it on the spot. It kinda sucks sometimes when you just want to lie down instead of folding, etc., but it does work.

I see you have the same hair/baseball hat problem that I do.
I tend to look like a boy - or like I’m having chemo therapy. It’s the only thing I don’t like about my haircut.
YOU are very attractive under any circumstances.
Okay - gotta fold laundry now.

We spent Saturday and most of Sunday partying with the grandparents the end result being - I didn’t do any laundry this weekend. Yikes. I took the first step and brought the hamper downstairs to be sorted. I fear the week will speed by, it will be the weekend again and I still won’t have done it all and it will be time to, you guessed it, do the whole thing all over again.
