		<description>I'm wondering if your smudging problem isn't more an issue with your concealer than the mascara.  I refuse to wear waterproof mascara, but the only time I've had smudging is while wearing liquid or stick concealer.  Now I wear powder concealer and drugstore, non-waterproof mascara, and I've never had a smudge problem.</description>
