nothing says holiday weekend like . . .
. . . a sick child. Charlie has been running a fever since yesterday morning. His throat and head hurt. He is crabby and tired and wants to be held all the time. Happy Fourth of July! We’ve got a viral infection!
At least this weekend no one is throwing up on me.

There is nothing like a well hydrated toddler!
Is it just me or does everyone worry about their kids being well hydrated when they are sick? The GirlChild is 11 and I STILL push the fluids when she feels bad.
