like a smart bomb, only less destructive

Charlie: ‘I give you a kiss.’

me: ‘Okay.’

[kiss]

Charlie: ‘That was a SMART KISS!’

(Note: I don’t know what was so smart about the kiss, but it was way better than the ’spit kiss’ he was so interested in giving everyone last week.)
