all you have to do is ask
I’m flying to Kansas City on Thursday and spending the night with my friend Krista. Last night on the phone, she said, “Can you do me a favor while you’re here?”
“Yes,” I said, without hesitating. I love Krista; I would do just about anything for her.
“Will you go to Nordstrom and go shoe shopping with me?”
This trip is getting better all the time.

Ok, While you are there… I need to get a new pairs of shoes and since I am not running through airports these days I want a nice stacked heel, black leather, simple design. It has to be closed toe and at least a sling back due to my company’s dress code.
I get really overwhelmed near shoe stores and shoe departments. Can you look and let me know if you find anything. But don’t go out of your way.

In fact, I love the idea that you will use your time in Kansas City to do personal shopping for people. I need to make sure I have the right shoes for this conference I’m going to. If I show you pictures of my clothes, can you make recommendations?
